"Eraka no Kimbul - God of Tigers, Lord of Beasts, King of Cats, the Prey's Doom" is described on the Tablet of Theka, and is being talked about a bit more in BFA, he appears to be a Loa (Wild God) worshiped by the Farraki/Sandury Tribe and the Zandalari Tribe.

If he is tame-able by Hunters, he will be the second/third (?) Loa that is tame-able, the first being the Spider Loa "Shadra". Shadra was the Loa who empowered High Priestess Mar'li in the original Zul'Gurub raid. The Bat Loa Hir'eek will also be appearing, and is listed as a beast so might also be tame-able by Hunters. Hir'eek empowered High Priestess Jeklik in the original Zul'Gurub raid.

I am curious if Shirvallah, the Tiger Loa of the Gurubashi tribe (the Loa who empowered High Priest Thekal), and Kimbul, the Tiger Loa of the Farraki tribe are the same Loa by different names or if they are distinct Tiger Loa, it appears they are distinct Loa though.

Note: Loque'nahak, the Spirit Leopard is described as the mate of Har'koa, a Drakkari Loa.

Note 2: Tsul'Kalu, the Earth Spirit, Pogeyan, the Fire Spirit, and Mahamba, the Water Spirit are described as Bloodscalp totemic spirits, and may or may not be Gorilla, Mountain Lion, and Crocolisk Loa, if they are Loa then Kimbul (and Hir'eek) could be the fifth tame-able Loa. As a future Zandalari Hunter, I am hoping to tame the Loa to aid me in exploring Zandalar and beyond.

Kimbul is one of the loa of Zandalar and it is located in Vol'dun Temple of Kimbul at 57.00 10.88. (Closest windrider is: Tortaka Refuge)
If you are a horde player you can use /bow to get credit for 向主人致意.

So two thoughts with this!

1. this dude sort of reminds me of Red XIII from FF7. Anyone else?

2. I'd kind of kill to have this model as a mount... he looks really cool.

This record of Kimbul's teachings needs to be on at least one of the articles about him on the internet. So, here we go. My favorite loa's straight up Bible scriptures:

Thus it was heard:

On one occasion the great loa addressed a group of his followers and spake thus:

'Just as the jaguar stalks her prey for days at a time, even so the wise one acts with patience in all matters. The foolish are dragged through life by craving and emotion, but fools do not survive long in the jungle.

Upon hearing these words, the followers of Eraka no Kimbul were filled with courage and conviction.

Third tablet, and my favorite
Thus it was heard:

On one occasion the great loa addressed a group of his followers and spake thus:

'Just as a king does not trade away his greatest treasure for a mere handful of dirt, even so the honorable one does not barter his integrity for wealth or fame. Live a life of honor, and it will be a life well-lived.

Just as canyons are carved by the constant flow of water, so too are all great deeds born of perseverance. Live with unyielding determination and failure will never defeat you.'

Upon hearing these words, the followers of Eraka no Kimbul were filled with virtue and dedication.

We're all rewarded for reading the text in this game, but Kimbul's teachings stand out as the best gift I've ever received from doing so.

Just tamed Sul'raka (daughter of Kimbal and identical appearance), the new spirit beast in Emerald Dream.

You do have to time your flare so she doesn't pat too far while taming, but was not too bad. Also used hunter's mark. Trap doesnt' seem necessary as she did not attack but kept walking during the tame.
I briefly camped at just NE of spawn point (too many red mobs at spawn point) and also did turn down graphics to 1 and saw the paw prints first.

Spawn point is: 63.60 68.90
