Not sure if they've changed the drop rate or not.. but I went 3/3 on normal, which made it 100%. this way was super fast. you can go in and kill just this boss and run out and reset. sat down with a coffee before I started because I figured I be in for a long grind, while looking at the low drop rate.. but the coffee was still warm after getting all three sinew's! Im a 422 boomkin super easy to kill.

Sadly not tameable (yet), and may never be given the lore and story of this boss, but there is a very similar model (with less gold and grey fabric instead of red) in the north east of Nazmir.

If you're a Shaman looking for the 妖術之書：小骷髏迅猛龍, it is possible to solo Rezan. I soloed them as a level 56 Restoration Shaman. Yes, Restoration. The key to the fight is to get into a corner away from the stairs, and then keep your Flame Shock on Rezan, and cast instant Lava Bursts as they proc from Lava Surge. The rest of the time, heal yourself!

You can heal yourself by self casting Riptide and Healing Surge, even when you're being Devoured. And also cast Healing Rain and use Healing Stream Totem and Cloudburst Totem to help when you are being devoured and have a bleed effect on you. If you get low on health, cast Ascendance. Unleash Life also helps with the 35% buff to your next direct heal. This is a slow fight, but it is doable.

The other trick is to run under Rezan as Rezan's Terrifying Visage cast is completing. Rezan can't turn that fast, so you end up being behind them, and the cast fails to fear you. Also save your Earth Elemental until you bump into a skeletal pile; then focus your DPS on the add until it's dead; but also keep your Flame Shock up on Rezan.

I just tamed him, and the other look North East of Nazmir in the ruins, they are all elites there.
No rawr tho,on both models /sad . But I guess because they're undead so therefore their vocal cords would be decayed... is my logic.
