Bwonsamdi is one of the loa of Zandalar and it is located in Nazmir The Edge of Oblivion at 39.42 24.74. (Closest windrider is: Zo'bal Ruins)
If you are a horde player you can use /bow to get credit for 向主人致意.

For TomTom users:

Has literally everyone in zulduzar made some odd deal with bwonsamdi that they have to atone for?
