Just talked to another GM that confirmed that this npc has been removed from wow, or well, it no longer spawn anywhere, but the unit is still in the software.

hmm not a single comment of where this npc might be, guess he have to be in ~~The Hinterlands~~ Loch Modan judging the screenshot, guess It's npc hunting time!
Will post where he is if I find him, he might be removed from the game, who knows, if he's still in the game I will find him for sure.

Only want to find him due to the drop 劫掠者護手 for 血色十字軍鍊甲, these gauntlets work 100 times better then 血色十字軍護手.

Offtopic: Been trying to convince blizzard to change transmog a bit for mail/plate users that changes their Armor Specialization to another.
For instance Hunters from Leather to Mail, warriors from Mail to Plate.
It would be unfair not to let some classes keep their gear from lower levels for future transmogs.
But we'll se, blizzard has stated that transmog isn't completely finished just yet, they have many things to update and add for us, source:

Back on topic:
Many sites I've been to have said that Dark Iron Insurgent has been found around top right of The Loch around 58:17 and around the cave in wetlands at 62:77, BUT all information about this NPC is before cataclysm came out.

I've been in both The Loch and around the cave in wetlands, but he's not there, will go back every few hours and see if he has been respawned/spawned at all. Been trying to find this NPC for about 3 hours.
