She, her silent husband 盧希恩‧薩克霍夫, and 畫家瑞弗蕾, are the only residents of Caer Darrow visible without the 鬼靈精華 equipped. If you've completed her quest chain, but no longer have your Spectral Essence, talk to her for a replacement. She won't give you another if you've merely forgotten it in your bank, however.

She MAY be returning in patch 10.1.5 as there's a dungeon quest achievement called "Memory of Scholomance" in which you "Perform a ritual on Eva's Journal". So she may return, and this may unlock the ORIGINAL version of Scholomance. Should be interesting to see what happens and if this is true.

Eva's returned, you need to have Dr. Theolon's Krastinov's toy. He's a rare spawn in HEROIC Scholomance from Mists of Pandaria. Once you have the toy, at the end of the dungeon, the top floor center room, or north room, is Dr. Krastinov's old room. Near the back by a pile of viscera & bones, use the toy. It has a 2-hour cooldown. You'll see Eva's spirit appear, right click the buff it gives you to talk to her and get the Inert Spectral Essence. In that bone pile I mentioned is Eva's Femur. Good luck with your "Memories of Scholomance" achievement and inevitably "Wards of Naxxramas" achievement too.

If you've already talked to her on another character, it seems like you can't interact with her again inside MoP Scholomance. Luckily, she's standing outside the entrance and you can just ask her for a new Inert Spectral Essence.
