The path to him is pretty hard to find, but once you get to him you're not gonna forget it. My best explanation would be, go to the Tauren woman that gives the Gaea seeds quest. Once you get in front of her, turn right. You will eventually see a really thin gorge, heading up at a really big angle. Go that way, and when you reach flat land again, you'll see Hgarth in all his glory(not that he had much of it really). Hope i helped

I made a good screenie about it... but well, as wowhead thinks it`s better not to help players so they would play longer they didn`t accept that screenshot. On the picture there was the path (where u get up to him) marked with a red line and added a lil minimap where on with a red point where the artisan enchanter is....

This is where Horde enchanters can learn Expert Enchanting (150-225). You must be level 20, and have a minimum of 125 Enchanting skill.

For those of you who want to save the trip and/or hassle of going to this trainer, you can also level up your enchanting at the trainers in the Scryer base in Shattrath:

Enchanter Aeldron, or Enchantress Volali.
