極速蝸蝸 is a reward for 極速蝸蝸！ achievement:
Achievement takes place in Stonedark Grotto Highmountain cave. There you'll find a race track, the point of the achievement is to help a snail named 極速蝸蝸 to win this race. You can do it by slowing other snails, just stand in front of them. They will not slow down if you run, you have to stand still, after the slow wears off they'll gain a speed buff so watch out and block them.

Short Notes:
Stand in front of other snails to slow them.
Don't run, running doesn't slow.
After slow wears off the snail will get a speed buff and start moving very fast. Intercept buffed snail.

You can fast travel to Stonedark Grotto from 雷霆圖騰 if you have done quests in the area. There will be a 『石嘯者』波格洛格 npc on the first floor of 雷霆圖騰 near the middle exit tunnel.

Apart from being utterly adorable, 極速蝸蝸 is a useful rare H/H battle pet with 1969 health at level 25.

Definitely worth taking a few minutes out to complete the race. While it's not ideal in some ways, for instance it's note entirely obvious when the race will be starting, and the mechanics of slowing other snails didn't seem to work as well as I'd expected, with snails sometimes turning 90 degrees and at other times walking straight through me, it was actually very easy to achieve a win first time.

Help 極速蝸蝸 to win the snail race in the Stonedark Grotto and you will receive the achievement 極速蝸蝸！ with 極速蝸蝸 as your reward and 極速蝸蝸 as your pet.

Coordinates: 46.2, 23.4 - 高嶺, Stonedark Grotto,
Flight point: The Witchwood - 拉法特‧煙蹄
Achievement: 極速蝸蝸！

If you start in the "Witchwood", follow the road to the north. Before the small lake turn left and follow the path to the "Stonedark Grotto". In the cave goes so far, until you discover a small race track.

go to the four racing snails, so they make their way to the starting line. Now you have to help the little 極速蝸蝸 to win against 工具雜貨, 惡質商人 and 腦筋打結. He is cheered by 爆爆卜魯沃斯.

Stand in front of the other racing snails to stop them. They will thereby slow down or change the direction briefly. You must stand, so you can slow down them. If you're just running in front of them, it does not matter.

I just want to point out that the Highmountain map that is pinned to this is NOT accurate. The map detail shows a full path leading from Rockaway Coast back up to the road that Stonedark Grotto sits on.

That road does NOT exist in the live gameplay map. Not sure if this map was pulled from Beta or what... but you can't get to Stonedark from below, you have to fly in to The Witchwood and travel the road northeast from there.

Use Fragement of Desire , it will disorient the other snails and makes it so much easiert to get this achievment

As of Jan. 2024 you dont need a toy for this...

I got the Fragment of Desire so I went to do the Zoom! race. In full panic mode the race was starting when i first got there, so I stood on all the racers and inched forward with them while trying to find the Fragment of Desire Toy in my toy box.

To my horror i couldnt locate it. SO i kept stand on the snails group and inching forward while i called a Guild Herald to see if it was in the buyback tab (thought maybe i sold it by accident). Wasnt there and the race was almost over, so im full blown freaking out now....

I kept inching with them standing right on top of them moving with them, and to my surprise even without the "toy" I got the achievement at the very last second of the race zoom pulled ahead.

It was only afterwards I realized the Fragment of Desire was a PET not a toy. But it all worked out in the end!

I havnt been able to confirm but I read if you have the Gastropod Shell from MoP you can just run over the snails with Jerry. With Remix active right now I believe its 50000 bronze, that is one Throne of Thunder and one Heart of Fear

Genuinely don't bother with trying to finagle standing in front of them, or the Fragment of Desire. The 巨蝸殼 is by far the best way to complete this by killing the other snails -- just make sure you're close enough that the minute buff doesn't run out (he's slow-moving!) and don't accidentally run over Zoom and kill him too.
