Heroic World Tier Difficulty Will Return in Patch 12.0.7

We've discovered some new Achievements on the 12.0.7 PTR, which indicate the return of Heroic World Tier difficulty from Legion Remix and maybe even a Mythic difficulty!
First Look at Patch 12.0.7 - Revelations
NEW
Dissipate 5 Storms in Naigtal in Heroic World Tier.

Dissipate 5 Storms in Val in Heroic World Tier.
NEW
Complete the following achievements:
NEW
Defeat a world boss in Naigtal or Val.
Reward: Unlocks Heroic World Tier for Showdowns
NEW
Defeat Imperator Pertinax and Nexus-Captain Leth'ir in Heroic World Tier.
NEW
Defeat 10 creatures with the following Affixes in Val or Naigtal in Heroic World Tier.
NEW
Complete 15 World Quests in Val or Naigtal on Heroic World Tier.
In Patch 12.0.7, players will venture to the worlds of Naigtal and Val to engage in
Showdowns
against the leaders responsible for the Void Assaults and Ritual Sites currently going on in Patch 12.0.5. Within these new zones, players will defeat new enemies, Dissipate Storms, conquer new Rares and World Bosses, and face off against Imperator Pertinax and Nexus-Captain Leth'ir.
During these Showdowns, players will eventually unlock
Heroic World Tier
to increase the stakes and chase glory! In addition to these Heroic Achievements, we've also found mention of a
Mythic
World Tier, which could unlock later on.

And while we haven't found any specific Mythic World Tier Achievements, there do appear to be some Achievement Criteria attached to Mythic World Tier challenges in the new zones of Naigtal and Val, which provides even more evidence.
