Is there any specific point that I should be getting this mission? I'm now 7 days into my Garrison and I still haven't had it. Just bad RNG, or is there something amiss?

UPDATE 07/01/15: Finally received this mission after about a month and a half! In this instance, I think it's safe to blame terrible RNG! :P

Saw a few ppl using the "Autographed Hearthstone Card" while in the Molten Core raid today, so it is real, but no more info about it :/

Since this is considered a lv 90 mission, does this mean the mission won't appear if I have no lv 90 followers?

This mission (and perhaps all training missions) is available even if all of your followers are level 100, just rarely. Just like 守夜人, which I seem to get every day.

Also, as Melandroso said, this mission, like most training missions, has a 100% chance of success and mission rewards, regardless of which follower you assign to it.

I just got this mission and it won't let me start it... When I mouse over "Start Mission", it says "You have too many active followers. You must deactivate some followers before you can start new missions."
Help!

I've seen this mission only once. I blame terrible RNG. So after 5+ months of recruiting new followers and completing most all of my garrison missions daily, I decided to make a change. My strategy was to improve the RNG for the mission to appear by encouraging more L90 garrison missions to appear:

Recruited a L90 garrison follower.
Completed L90 garrison missions only.
Kept my new L90 follower on the sidelines.

After completing about 10 L90 missions, this mission finally appeared. Hope this may help anyone who's had terrible RNG :)
