This is the new version of the 雷鋼錠. It can be created once a day for one 延齡錠 and will teach you one of the new recipes for PvP or PvE gear being added in patch 5.4. It can also be created as frequently as you like using a 戰爭之靈 in addition to the single 延齡錠. Spirits of War are attainable by disenchanting raid gear from the Siege of Orgrimmar.

This pattern, and the patterns for other professions will be gained through Pandaria world drops. The highest rate is supposedly in the newly destroyed Vale and on the Timeless Isle.

Differing from the Lightning Steel Ingots, these items can be used to craft gear usable in current content.
There are 6 total patterns, one belt and one pair of pants for each spec of plate wearer. The gear has an item level of 553, equivalent to normal Siege of Orgrimmar gear.
Belts take 21, while pants take 28. So without using Spirits of War, it will take 3 and 4 weeks respectively to craft one of these.

(Just noticed you can use them to create the ingots)

Saving for 賈德奇特的能量來源 as well, so better stash a lot of Ghost Iron now... (Got alch for transmute-trillium, saves a fortune on AH)

This recipe may teach gear from either of the following sets to Blacksmiths, apart from the ones listed above, while creating:

1. Malevolent Gladiator's Redemption
2. Malevolent Gladiator's Battlegear

These will be rare quality ilevel 476 items.

By making this every day for about two months now, I'm really tired of getting all the PvP recipes. Besides, I don't even do much PvP, I want some 553 PvE recipies, and so far I've only gotten 4, two of them which I can use tanking legs, and dps belt. So beware if you're trying to do this to get some more PvE gear since it's heavily based on PvP gear.

Without using 戰爭之靈, it'll take 28 days to craft something that's actually worth it. With the legguards doubling the price of the belts on most servers, there's almost no reason not waiting another week to craft the legguards. Even so, unless the price of 戰爭之靈 drops over time, there's really not much point crafting these ingots daily if you've already learned all the plans it has to offer.
