These are found in the Northern Barren near Ratchet for the Battlefield: Barrens Quest.
They seem to be easies to grind from the Kor'kron Flameworg (dog looking things)
while they can stack up to 1000, you will only need 15 for the quest.

Also keep a look out for Stone crates that are in the area, to loot the Kor'Korn Stone. One pile of crates is next to the large building in the area.

People seem to want to know how long it takes to grind these. While YMMV, as a Blood DK, I can say that it's fairly easy to grind a lot of them in a short time. I spent 15 minutes farming these by killing large groups of mobs, and I got 160. Considering you only need 150 for a weekly quest, that's not bad.

Standard tactic of Outbreak>Blood Boil (with rolling blood> run around and gather them up in large groups (10-15) > Bone Shield> Conversion> Remorseless Winter> Death & Decay works. Just gotta remember to move around to avoid the Rupture Line from the Earthshakers. They will end you.

Id like to know why only the overturned oil caravans show up on my map, and where the normal overturned spots are for all the Kor'kron items..
