Gornek says this item is from Shikrik the shaman trainer outside the Den. However, the letter says it's from (most likely) a troll named Ishi-Yo. There are no records on wowwiki or anything that explain who Ishi-Yo is and there is no NPC with this name. A great mystery....one that shall shake the very foundations of this world!

I was wondering the very same thing. I ran a search of Ishi-Yo and wasn't able to find any information. From the way the writer writes, however, I think we can discern that 'Ishi-Yo' is a Troll.

Perhaps Ishi-Yo is the resident 'go-to' Shaman trainer for the Darkspear Trolls, who remains unseen because the Trolls have no home or permanent residence in the Valley of Trials, and she/he has sent you to the Valley of Trials to aid the Orcs.
