Just had these drop off the Ancient Stone Keeper (along with his BoP loot, yes) and it is a Mail item so obviously the Hunter in the group Needed it because they Need everything :( I'd never heard of this until now and I'm about as sad as I would be if I'd found Shadowfang in a group.

Neat bit of history, at least.

This item just dropped for me from the Ancient Stone Keeper. I guess it still drops.

Can confirm this still drops as at 8.1 - just of a regular mob in the dungeon whilst farming Uldaman.
