Those bracers are currently BiS for lvl39 Shaman, Rogue and Hunter twinks. Due to the rarity of this item(since you can't farm it) I've heard of cases where players actually migrated to different realms in order to purchase it.

So keep all that in mind before you put it for 50G in the Auction House, someone might be willing to pay 1000+ Gold for it. :)

I scan the auction house really regularly, and auctioneer collects statistics on how often it sees items. These bracers are among the most rare items I have seen. Over the year and a half since their stats changed with the Cataclysm, I've seen them only twice, including the ones I just bought. Of course I don't see the ones that are kept rather than sold, or the ones that are posted and snatched up before I have a chance to see them, but that's true for most items. With the ridiculous rarity of the drop, and the small number of mobs that can drop them, and the fact that not too many people even go to Uldaman anymore, if you're looking on the auction house they're crazy rare.

So far ive done around 200 runs in uldaman, including killing the last boss and looting the chest.
The last boss just dropped this, never ever seen him drop any boe blue
