i think this may item may be bugged. when i clicked the item and then went to loot it it said, "You can't loot that item now". then when i backed away to try clicking it again it despawned and i didn't get the item. strange.

There appears to be a bug with this item at the moment since I tried looting the book but kept getting the 'cannot loot item at this time' msg. Relogging did not help and when I tried a few more times, the loot window opened however, it was empty and no XP was given. This was a few seconds after my friend looted it successfully.

It's important to note that I have looted the item on a number of toons (main and alts) but this is the first time I have had an issue with this object. As with other objects of its kind, it can only be looted once per toon whether the XP gain/item collected is successful or not.

I have submitted a bug report about this so will see what the response is.

Edit: The GM stated that they could not do anything/reset the item.

Another 'easter egg': referring to the fact that Blizzard never implemented a 'water mount' which some players requested.
However, instead of building boats, players are now able to cross waters easily by using 蒼藍水黽韁繩. :)

For those without cords. Fly into Zhus Watch. Facing Gee Hung <Flight Master> turn right a bit until you are facing east (you will see the house that has Sunni in it.) Go pass the house to where you find Yi-Mo Longbrow. Now look a little to the north east there will be a little (slightly hard to spot) path leading down the cliff. Follow it down to the water. Look to your left you will see three rocks sticking out of the water almost like stepping stones. Go across the rocks (if you went the right way you should see a small wooden boat on your right as soon as you step off the last stone). Continue north up the path, you will see a house with three Wild Shaghorn standing out side. Enter the house and look to your left there will be a table with a book on it. Pick up the book.

Now, when garrison port is a thing, it would be nice if they added some boat blueprints laying next to this item. Something like Pandaren Fishing Boat, just for fun.
