This item is odd for quite a few reason's
-Bind's on used (Instead of the usual BoP)
-White Quality (instead of the blue quality)
-Requires tiger riding (1) (where as normal mounts require riding skill)
-Usable by Horde and Alliance races (unlike the other tiger mounts)

Player Artilery of Frostmane has this item. I'm uploading a SS now. He's linked it me and and many alts, showed us a SS of him and the tooltip for it, etc etc.

that sucks its not in the game then the all lvl can use to get some where faster i have 22 hunter he can get slow at the time i dont have aspest of the pack this would be really good is the alpah test still open to pepole cause that will be cool if it sill is

Surprisingly enough this is actually on the Armory which must mean someone has or had one of these things after the Armory came out. It also shows no skill requirement and has been changed to require level 30 like all other slow ground mounts.

Just to point out that if stormwind didnt have an auction house then wouldnt that make ironforge the capital of the alliance? Which wouldm be awesome =)

From the 3.2 PTR notes:

In order to further equalize the number of purchasable mounts available to each race, a new 60% speed ground mount has been added for night elves, and a new 100% speed ground mount has been added for the undead.

It is possible that this mount will finally be added to WoW.

Funny... that mount looks EXACTLY like my hunter pet. But when I try and ride it, it runs away.
