This robe uses the "Black" (actually more of a grey) variant of the "C2 Robe" artwork. 皇家晉升裝束 looks the same except for slightly different sleeves.

Despite being grouped together with Arcane Regalia, the robe doesn't actually come from the same artwork as any other pieces in the set.

If you're interested in pieces that do come from the same artwork and colour as the robe:

Head: 密蘇達爾，奪魂者的頭環 & 鬼魅裹頭.
Shoulders: 大師披肩, 黑色魔紋護肩, 黑翼披肩 & 恐怖布披肩 (last is on a different model).
Belt: sadly the only belt, 贊達拉懺悔者腰帶, is now unavailable, unless you collected it prior to Cataclysm.

Together the four pieces (including out-of-game belt) look like this.

Got it from lockbox and put into auction house with buyout 300g since it looks wonderful on elves but my cloth wearers are human and gnome. I was surprised it was bought within an hour. It seems it has big demand so I've put too low price on it. ;)
