Considering the stats of this trinket I can safely say this will stay BiS for the first raiding tier and maybe even the second.

956 passive intellect and a 50 seconds ICD procc for 3027 intellect over 15 seconds. Fairly high procc chance, 20%.

This is insanely good for any dps using intellect as main stat.

Not sure what other effects it may have but using this trinket in combination with Evocation results in a glowing white whirlwind instead of the usual effect, going to see if I can find any other spell effect changes because that is pretty cool.

If you want to get 玉龍聖物, you have to create the 玉蛟套卡.

For this Deck you need all of those cards:

玉蛟之一
玉蛟之二
玉蛟之三
玉蛟之四
玉蛟之五
玉蛟之六
玉蛟之七
玉蛟之八

Using 迷霧暗月卡, you will get randomly one card of 白虎套卡, 玄牛套卡, 紅鶴套卡 or 玉蛟套卡.

So each random card costs
1x 輕羊皮紙
10x 星光墨水
1x 智慧卷軸 (You can create only one scroll per day!)

The fastest way, to get all of your cards is to trade cards you dont need with other players.

I would like to know if it's proc is spec-restricted or if it will proc even if you are a healer doing damage. Also, if it can proc using a healer specialization, if it does or does not share cooldown with 赤吉聖物.

I was thinking of getting both darkmoon trinkets for my discipline priest to take advantage of 贖罪 and this info would be a lot helpful.

This item can be upgraded via the item upgrading system, brand new in patch 5.1. In order to do so, simply find one of the Ethereal NPCs in your faction city, near those that offer Transmogrification and Void Storage (e.g. 虛空編織師左蘭 is the item upgrade NPC in Orgrimmar).

Upgrading this trinket costs 750 VP (Valor Points) and can be upgraded a total of 2 times (for a total cost of 1500 VP).

Each upgrade will add the following to the stats of this trinket:
+4 item level
+37 static intellect
The proc on the trinket WILL also be upgraded incrementally by varying amounts (116 for first upgrade, 119 for second)

This makes the stats for this trinket as follows:

Upgrade level 1/2 - ilvl 480
993 intellect
3,143 intellect proc

Upgrade level 2/2 - ilvl 484
1030 intellect
3,262 intellect proc

PLEASE NOTE: The numbers on Wowhead using the item upgrade selector are slightly off. The numbers I have listed here are the exact amounts from in-game data.

While upgrading is interesting, 1750 VP can get you a 純雪之花, which has a base stat of 1079 INT and a proc of 3595 AND can be upgraded to 1162 passive with a 3872 proc.

A go to purchase for anyone serious about raiding. Int and an Int proc is a dream come true for any DPS caster. Most likely better than any thing else you find in tier 14 and if there is well you have another trinket slot. Upgradeable like any other piece but when you have purchased all the other valor gear you'll find your extra valor will be dumped into this. All of this for just a few days of dailies.

Can indeed all proc at once. As a shadow priest in ilvl 479 gear, I have reached over 34k spellpower. This is awesome in a raid setting, but can be a bit of a bother in a heroic with a not so geared tank ;-)

I got this on my resto/boom druid yesterday because mana regen is not an issue at all and I wanted a trinket that would work for both specs. It procced off all of the heals I casted. Rejuv, Regrowth, Lifebloom, Nourish...
Did something change or is the tooltip wrong?

(I calculated the numbers myself, since I couldn't find this info anywhere else, this is the source for the chance and ICD of all procs: Source.

宇宙之光 gives 1549,3 Int and 1162 Haste at 2nd upgrade level assumed it has the maximum of the theoretical uptime of 44,4%.

宇宙之光 gives 1748,8 Int and 1312 Haste @ 44,4% uptime and 2nd upgrade level.

玉龍聖物 gives a total of 2007,3 Int at 2nd upgrade level and an assumed 30% uptime.

恐懼精華 gives an average of 1417,52 Haste and 1241 Int on 2nd upgrade level assuming the theoretical maximum average of 19,04761% uptime.

恐懼精華 gives an average of 1599,8 Haste and 1400 Int on 2nd upgrade level assuming the theoretical maximum average of 19,04761% uptime.

翠玉執政官刻像 gives 968,25 Crit from the on use proc (25% uptime) on average if the on-use-proc is used on cooldown plus the 1162 Int from the item itself. Both numbers are given for the 2nd upgrade level.

Knowing the above you have to do your own calculation of how much you (or your class and spec) value 1 point of Haste/Crit vs 1 point of Int. Of course it is advised to let simulcraft do this calculation for you.

Edit: For me as a fire mage simulcraft gave me the following normalized results at my current equipment level: Int = 1 | Hit = 0,81 | Crit = 0,55 | Haste = 0,54.
So for me at this state the 玉龍聖物 and 宇宙之光 are BiS until we are able to kill the Sha of Fear that drops the HC 恐懼精華. 玉龍聖物 is superior to 恐懼精華 which on the other hand is better then 翠玉執政官刻像. 翠玉執政官刻像 is by far the worst of the above mentioned trinkets, which was a little surprising to me, since it gives crit bonus, but the amount of stats gained is just too small to be competetive.

Best in slot trinket for a few classes, included my arcane mage. Spent a long time reading, weeks. All say the same, but only IF you go forward with both upgrades. That's fine with me since that's still cheaper than any valor trinket.

Even without the upgrade, this has done me more than fine for the few months that I've had it. Having +INT as both the stat and equipped proc chance makes this outstanding in all aspects. I do plan on upgrading it, but only after I've replaced all the lower pieces I have that need those valors.

Picked this up from AH a couple days ago.. I need some advice. Would it be wise to upgrade it, with 5.2 being just around the corner? Or should I just save up my valor for some 5.2 gear? Not sure how long it will be untill I replace this trinket with a 5.2 trinket.
Any advice is welcome.
