As a Telluric Currents Resto Shaman, I hate how we get spirit and haste shoved down our throat in almost every slot. In most fights, I have enough regen through Lightning Bolts, and haste isn't very strong either. Sure, your spells may come off faster, but you'll burn mana, and you'll heal for less per cast. Therefor, if you're having a hard time getting your hands on this one, consider taking Infinite Loop. I know it has hit, but it also has crit. Both of which are minor regen stats, making up (partially) for the spirit loss. Therefor, Infinite Loop heroic can be considered an upgrade to normal Signet.

Ring of the Riven is the best option ofcourse, with it's delicious native mastery.
