Man, I've looked everywhere for an image of what this enchant looks like on a weapon, and yet no one seems to have the pictures or anything. Can somone who has access to the Beta or knows anyone that does please upload a screenshot of the aura-effect on the weapon, as well as the proc effect? Thanks.

I'm pasting it here in case they retire the beta forums after release.

River's Song: 4 RPPM on melee attacks that land, or are dodged, or parried.
Dancing Steel: 2.3 RPPM on melee attacks that land.
Colossus: 6 RPPM on melee attacks that land, or are dodged, or parried, with a 3-second cooldown.
Elemental Force: 10 RPPM on damage or spell damage/healing
Jade Spirit: 2 RPPM on spell damage or healing, 50-second cooldown.
Windsong: 2 RPPM on damage, or spell damage/healing.

Edit: As of 10/15/12, Windsong and Elemental Force now proc on all damage and healing, including melee, ranged, direct and DoT.

They now trigger on the new "Real Procs Per Minute" (RPPM) system, which is weapon speed and instant attack independent and fully detailed in this blue post.

Edit 2: As of patch 5.1 Dancing Steel, Jade Spirit, River's Song, and Colossus are on the RPPM system also.

Edit 3: As of patch 5.2, Dancing Steel now has a 15% greater chance to activate.

This proc has an up-time of 55-60% for an arms warrior, which is much higher than the reported 1PPM.

Dual wielding this enchant CAN cause this to proc twice simultaneously, as of March. 3, 2013. Tested on a training dummy in Stormwind.

A few quick notes as of 5.4.8 - Dancing Steel does not have an internal cooldown and so it tends to proc quite often. If you dual-wield and enchant both weapons with this, the buffs will stack and it's effectively an extra 3300 of your primary damage stat (with dual procs) for almost every battle. I use this on my enhancement shaman for pvp and it's easily a 5% overall damage boost on average. At any given time I have at least one of the buffs up and more likely both buffs.
