The best option I have found is to pick up http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=22 as soon as you can at lvl 12. Don't worry about grinding goretusks in one place though. Instead just kill boars as you travel around doing the quests that send you around redridge, westfall, darkshire. There are goretusks everywhere and you will get plenty of livers.

There is a good spot in Redridge where you can farm these (and other boar parts). In the northern part of Redridge, in the passage to Burning Steppes, there are like 4 Great Goretusks. When you kill one, it respawns almost instantly, so you can just keep going until you have what you need. You don't have to wait at all for new boars to respawn.
