This dropped last night from a daily quest random mob in Twilight. I put it up in the AH for 50k. Then realized that my warrior was on path to get an equivalent neck piece by reputation, Gift of Nadun. So I figured there is no way people would pay so much for such an item.

So I re-listed the item for 16k, and it sold last night to some level 1 rogue. I should have put it up for 25k.

Come 4.0.6, this neck will probably be more sought-after (and more costly) by retribution paladins, given the massive revamp to Hand of Light; essentially making mastery their numero uno secondary stat of choice. :)

Also not to be overlooked as prot pally neck. The hit/mastery neck mentioned above is the ONLY 359 neck in the game right now that has pure tanking stats...and its on a not-so-farmable boss. I recently scored this neck for 9k on a "settlement" since the guy selling it had been trying to for a few days, i offered him 9k on the spot and he jumped at it. After reforging the haste to hit, it has proved a vast upgrade to The Lustrious Eye that I had been wearing for over a month.

This is better than Nadun for DK at least. Same STR and STAM, but no stats are wasted on Crit, which is by far our lowest stat. Totally worth the $$ if you can get it under $10K

I happened to loot this off one of the spiders from Tol'Barad. I don't happen to see that Tol'Barad is listed in the dropped by tab. Is this super rare or something?

Very nice for Frost DK (at least for DW) after previous patch, which made haste our best and mastery our 2nd best secondary stats.
