Tanks simply have to love a cooking recipe like this one. Although Alchemy other professions may give a bigger bonus to our toons, the secondary professions are a great bonus. I try to make use of these as much as possible with the new content, since we aren't overgeared and running through instances like before. Now, every little bit of health and damage mitigation seem just that much more important.

I am a little torn between using this and the Agility/Stamina food for my Druid tank though. Any thoughts? I seem to be able to keep aggro well enough on the Druid, but would like to hear what others have to say on the subject of dodge / agility benefits for a Druid tank during the early Cataclysm content.
