Well, maybe some people doesn't know, this is non-obtainable item, there is no such thing at all.
Heroic mode trash doesn't drop any better loot than in normal, actually we experienced a lower drop rate of "trashdrops" entering raid dungeons on heroic mode. Out of 4 full clearings of first room in Twilight Bastion there was none. On normal mode we had at least 1 BoE drop.
Indeed it may be just us and our (un)luck though :P

This is all incorrect, in a recent ZG pugged run I ran into a frost-specced Death Knight. He was using a Heroic Soul Blade and a Reforged Heartless from ZA.

Here is his character page for proof; this item does exist, yet is very rare.
