This piece is significantly better for tanks than the Sanguard Bracers that are a reward from Exalted reputation with Ramkahen. parry/mastery is much much more beneficial for tanks of all content levels then dodge/expertise. This is because in every case, since expt still is only dealing with meele hits, parry/mastery are both survival stats that make a tank able to survive, whereas expertise only would increase threat marginally, and any tank whose having trouble with threat and looting epics should revisit his/her play style.
