Graphically, this item seems to fit with several other mail items. So far I have found this item, the Tablet-Bearer's Pauldrons and the Legguards of Caution have the same type of look.

-edit- I have done a bit of browsing and it appears that at least between the level 28 and 40 mail items added in Cataclysm (mostly as quest rewards), there are quite a few items with similar models, although not always in matching colours. Here's an example I've made using (mostly) alliance quest items: http://www.wowhead.com/compare?items=59272:59255:59259:55920:62143:62151:59264:59245. Also note that I've picked stats favourable for a warrior character as there are caster varieties, as well. One other thing to note is that the gloves do not display properly when viewed in 3d.

-Second edit- On my screenshot you can see my dwarven warrior. He doesn't have the same gloves I linked to, but rather the Swamp Gas Gauntlets.

-Third edit- It so happens (hadn't seen them yet after Cataclysm) that the Westfall Brigade (哨兵嶺守衛) wear all or most of these items with an alliance tabard over it.

Dark Vessel Mail is what I think the set should be called based on the transmog naming convention. My link is just blue items. Plenty of brown waist and feet items work, but I've yet find a blue helm.

I love this mail, one of the best "simple" looking armor sets out there.

Head: 納爾維之盔
Gloves: 尋求者之護 (I think these look better)
Belt: 艾倫遺棄的腰帶
Boots: 年輕朝氣足靴
