Very nice PvP Retro Tankadin wannabe helmet
-- stamina to bust HP
-- armor to bust melee def
-- spirit to regeneration rating
-- fire resistance is handy at this level

P.S. you can possibly add an +8 sta/int enchant on this or +dodge/haste rating to overtwink it.

i got this right outside the scarlet monastery as i was waiting for my group to finish summoning, they were all at the stone and were out of range so they couldn't roll on it when it dropped =). I got it off a scarlet preserver.

It's quitely useless. Healers can find better pieces than this one.

Buffed in patch 3.3. The +10 Critical Strike Rating used to be +10 Spirit.

The Frostreaver Crown I mention in the above post was changed to have crit rating in lieu of spirit as well.

Both of these helms have been vastly improved in the latest patch and either one would be a fine choice.

This used to drop from trash mobs in and immediately outside of Scarlet Monastery before the instance was redone. It can no longer drop and there have also been no reports of it being found in any garrison salvage containers.

This item still drops according to Dragonarcher who farmed the Mobs outside of Scarlet Halls for 50 hours.
