This helm looks a hell of a lot better than the Crown of Wings. And if you have enough expertise, losing 20 in exchange for Strength, puts it ahead in terms of Effective Health.

This seems like a very solid tanking helm. It's got 20 more strength than the 翼冠, but instead of CoW's extra 30 socketing dodge, this gives 45 stamina. Would either be BiS pre-raid, or is there something better than the both of them?

As a Tank, you're probably the one leading the group, hence you might be able to get this by heading to the Shadow Boss of Halls of Origin, most people just skip to the last boss.
