the drop rate of this quest item, can be insanely low. im atm over 25+ kills and still havent seen it

The ingame quest marker directs you to an area where there is only Slavering Oozes, but they don't drop it.

This is an annoying quest though easy. Just kill the oozes nearby the quest giver on the
opposite way of the lake. I had to kill over thirty to get it but I have seen others get it
immediatly.

And.... dumpy level? Anyone else weirded out by that item name? It's almost as bad as Pooper Scooper.

It's a standard surveying tool with a silly name. Nice tool to have, I'd imagine.
