Reward from the Icecrown Citadel special weekly raid quests (not to be mistaken with the weekly raid quests from Dalaran!). You can do only one of those quests every week, and it seems to be randomly selected. Each quest seems to have two versions - a 10-man and a 25-man one, both only completable in their respective difficulty, and are given by various (newly-spawned in some cases) NPCs all throughout the Icecrown Citadel.

The Sacks contain some (roughly 10-50) gold, 5 Emblems of Frost, and have a chance to drop an epic gem and/or a random ICC BoE epic (iLevel 264). The quest itself also awards 350 reputation with the Ashen Verdict.

And here are the possibly quests you can get:

Blood Quickening - This is a Blood-Queen quest. As soon as you pull the first trash pack, a 30-minute timer will start. You have those 30 minutes to reach and kill the Blood-Queen. You will still earn credit if the timer expires while you are fighting her (assuming you kill her on that attempt). This quest is given by an NPC at the beginning of the Crimson Halls .
Deprogramming - This is a Lady Deathwhisper quest. The very first wave of adds will have one of the normal Fanatics swapped for Darnavan, a warrior-type cultist. He has Bladestorm, Overpower, Sunder Armor, and Mortal Strike. Simply have a tank room pick him up and hold him (one tank can do just fine in 10-man, and the "door tank" doesn't do anything anyway in 25-man). Be careful, Darnavan has as much health as the Fanatics, so he drops fast and even a tank can kill him, so don't attack him below 70-80%. He is also immune to CC effects, but seems vulnerable to slowing ones (e.g. Chains of Ice). This quest is given by an NPC just before the Oratory of the Damned, Deathwhisper's room.
Residue Rendezvous - This is a Rotface & Festergut quest. You acquire the Orange Blight debuff when you are hit by Festergut's Gaseous Blight, and the Green Blight - when you take damage from Rotface's Slime Spray. The debuffs have 30 minutes duration and disappear when you die, or use immunity effects (e.g. Divine Shield or Ice Block), which means you need to kill both bosses within 30 minutes of each other - I suggest starting with Rotface. In addition to this, note that one person completing the quest (meaning one person survived both fights without dying and being resurrected, or using immunity effects) is enough to give everybody credit.
Respite for a Tormented Soul - This is a Sindragosa quest. The Pulsing Life Crystal you are given applies 灌注生命 every 2 (?) seconds to its target. The debuff stacks across the entire raid, so you can have several people channel at the same time (and you should). You can only use the Life Crystal when Sindragosa is at 20% health or less. Once the debuff has reached 30 (75 in 25-man) stacks, Sindragosa will gain 保存靈魂, which will grant your raid the needed quest drop.
Securing the Ramparts - This is a mini-boss quest. You can find the Rotting Frost Giant in the Rampart of Skulls, in its northern corner. To defeat him, you need to make sure that every time somebody gets his plague debuff, the person has another player in vicinity at the time the plague expires, so it can jump. If the plague fails to jump to another player, i.e. if there is nobody in range of the infected targets, those targets will die.

You know, I get the feeling like this is gonna give a bit more then what we are anticipating. Remember, this is the *only* reward (besides gold) from a weekly raid quest to delve into Icecrown Citadel. And the quests aren't just the first floor; some of them go much deeper. Also, reading the quest-text makes me think that they are going to add an extra challenge to the encounter. I think that we are going to see some EoFs, 1+ uncut epic, and a primordial saronite 100%, then maybe have a smaller chance at other rarer things (like a new mount?).

It's all speculation at this point, though.

Maybe people should just suck less. PuG raids have no problem downing the first 2 wings of ICC. If you cant join one because of your gear then whos fault is that? Oh wait its yours because you were to lazy to gear up from ToC.

At first I was skeptical, since I figured it would only have a chance of dropping zone drop BoE items, rather than BoE items from bosses as well, though since someone reported receiving Ikfirus's Sack of Wonder from the sack, (which is a Gunship drop), this list seems accurate so far. Cheers!

In addition, the screenshot shows everyone recieving their 5x Frost Emblems but it does not show the people recieving their gold. Gold is a 100% rate in each bag no matter what. Funny screen shot though....what program do you use to do that?

Yesterday I Puged ICC 10. After downing Saurfang we got the quest to return with 2 blight samples. We had half our raid stand inside the rotface encounter and half stay outside. I tanked him for about a minute, got the slime debuff, then some how he reset. We then headed over to Festergut. Half of our raid stood iside, and the other half (including myself) stood outside. When the spores spawned, the group inside stood by the gate, and the so did we, that way all of us got hit by the spores, 8/10 people died, but myself and a hunter did not. We waited for the shaman to self rez, and bring up the rest of the raid. We then turned in the quest. My entire raid all got the 5 badges and some gold, but I got a BOE epic, it was the 264 Wand, Nightmare Ender i believe. I ended up selling it for 10k to a warlock. I'm glad I went on that PuG. Hope you guys are lucky enough to have the same experience i did.

I havebeen rather new to icc, and have only done 4 of the weekly quests. My first weekly was the Residue Rendevouz and from this sack i received the Nightmare Ender (264 boe wand). The third time I did the weekly I found Wodin's Lucky Necklace (264 boe agi. neck). Just posting this to say that you too will probably receive one of these eventually and the AH price may go down, as more people gear up they wont need the Boe's as much. Also, longer raiding=more gear= more chance to complete it
