Don't see why no one has pointed it out already, but these seems to be the closest match to Arthas' boots in WC3 and Wow WOTLK... If there was some easier-to-get version with this design I would use them even if they really sucked, just because of the RP value... Time to farm ICC HC...*sigh* (and try to avoid ninjas...)
