After completing the Horde quest for the recipe, Grub will sell Dig Rats in limited supply. I've gotten 4-8 from him on different occasions. The respawn seems to be on a 5-15 minute respawn or so. Not something to camp for but if you do like me and queue for pvp and check after the bg it'll usually be respawned.

The Recipe is found By killing 掘地鼠, which can be found in 南貧瘠之地, in Bael Modan and have a chance to drop 肥美的掘地鼠, and you cook it, and it automatically teaches you the recipe.

These critters do not share spawns with the Adders and Prairie Dogs in the area (which *do* share spawns with one another). They have their own individual, dedicated spawns. Their respawn time is fast, too: a couple minutes at most.

Confirm that this still drops, 47 kills later, fast respawn at Bael Modan, about 30 minutes at most time spent.
