Makes sense imho, not only does the icon clearly show the framing is made of silver but also this has higher iLvl so should cost more to make. Don't know where recipe drops yet but should be either:
1: Somewhere were you also find lots of Malachite
2: Where items around iLvl 264 are frequently found
One of these 2 should be correct

An alternative to Bile-Encrusted Medallion. Not quite as much mitigation, but the hit will help with your threat if you are under cap. Especially nice for Druids; between our T10 and the lack of choices in tanking off-pieces, we are left with only our chest, rings, and necklace as sources of hit.
