The Drop rate for these are low (15-24%)

These shoulder goes very well with the Gunship Captain's Mittens, which is gloves that can drop after the gunship battle.
The shoulders also goes well with the Belt of Omission, which is bought from the Emblem of Frost Vendor in Dalaran.

These shoulders are great for Disc Priests not yet hit-capped in PvP and have access to ICC gear if you don't feel like getting the Wrathful neck and cloak of Ascendancy. This goes all other casters in general.
