i dont know where this drops, but i belive it drops in ToC 25man normal mode, since it is Ilvl 245 and doesn't have "Heroic" in green under the name. hard mode this bow would be awesome for trolls with 1% more crit from bows ;)

Checking this out via Legion Beta, the info for this weapon shows it's now a world drop. Where and what mobs, is still a mystery. One of the best looking bows in the game, hands down.

Edit and update: Correct, it is still unavailable in the game. Beta was teasing us. Maybe some day they will re-add the bow.
