so this trinket is the most comparable to Sif's Remembrance that has come out in TOC, and due to no one wanting this one last week in our 10 man, i have both. sif's, if you're at/near haste cap, works out to something in the neighborhood of 50 mp5 if you're a spam casting healing class, considering a 10% proc rate. so this is an upgrade there, albeit a minor one. sif's has a passive 110 spellpower, whereas this trinket has 592 spell power for 20 sec, then none for the other 1:40 out of every two minute span. 592/6 20 second spans in two minutes = slightly less than 100.

of course neither hold a candle to solace of the fallen/solace of the defeated, we're just talking about the second trinket slot here.

so honestly, sif's is better, and the idea that blizzard has come up with of 20 second/2 minute "automatic" trinkets is generally not that great. if you could control the proc of 592 spellpower when you wanted it on this one, it would arguably be as good as sif's, but the way the stacks work it just...isn't.
