Like the poster above pointed out, this is a better solution than giving extra spell power to Holy Light only.

However, the +331 (Yes, buffed from 267) spell power to Flash of Light only from Deadly Gladiator's Libram of Justice looks better by the looks of it. We will have to see which spells we use most. 700 Personal/Arena team rating is arguably quite easy to get anyway. Furious Libram is buffed from 320 to 375 and there will be a new Relentless Gladiator-version for those that is capable of getting the rating for it. (Not available on Wowhead yet.)

For throughput this is a great Libram. It procs a lot and the uptime coincides with Lights Grace. The new bosses in ToC hit hard, really hard, the added spellpower is a huge benefit for bomb heals, as well as better SS absorbs, and FoL HoT ticks.

This is mildly tempting, since Sacred Shield does have a nice spellpower coefficient and I frequently find myself spamming big heals in ToC. However, it's hard to give up this. I have yet to decide whether the spellpower proc is worth losing the guaranteed reduced mana cost. Even if I do get this one, I would probably hang on to my old pal for fights like Vezax.

Anyone actually have this and care to offer some advice?

I see a lot of comments regarding this as a waste now since HL spam isnt ideal anymore. Has anyone thought of going back and getting Libram of Mending ?

If they want to keep this proc's ability they really need to buff the spellpower alot. Considering that its item level is much higher than more useful librams (which I don't know how to link but the one with reduced HL cost) it really deserves a nice buff. Maybe doubling the SP bonus and/or duration might make it a more viable as a general (as opposed to situational) libram.

EDIT: After finally obtaining one of these for myself I have to echo the opinion of clad0 below me. I've found that since I'm no longer spamming HL all the time the loss of a small amount of saved mana was easily outweighed by the nicer SP buffed FoL I can get off between casts of HL.

I still think they should either increase the duraiton or buff up the spellpower somewhat though.

As of 3.2, I did stop to focus intellect/crit/mp5 gear for a spellpower/haste one. The majority of fights in raid, I do end with around 80% mana ( So that's a 80% wasted mana pool, even if i can say "look my mana regen is huge", but the fact is that the lack of spellpower can sometimes kill your tank, and with the current nerf to mana regen, you can't just spam holy light like in the old days.

So, I did start to focus on getting spellpower from every possible parts so I can pretty much rely on spamming Flash of Light.

But the fact is, sometimes even with that "boosted" flash of light, you can't rely on it for when people in your raid gets a lot of damage. So you sometimes have to use Holy Light whatever happends. (Else this means the fight is too easy).

So, I think this libram is pretty nice, for the said facts above, since this give you a nice spell power boost for the only "cost" of casting an holy light ( or two if unlucky ) every 15 sec. It is really fitting to the view of "sometimes using holy light, not spamming it".

I did some testing on this libram. It seems to have the 70% chance proc-rate said by wowhead ( see Holy Judgement ) through I did not really try to verify this, the procrate is pretty high enough to be matching the said 70%.

Also, I did notice a 10 seconds internal cooldown.

It also comes very handy as holy-pvp spec, when you need to burst down your target, and have time to put an holy light right before.

So, my point is that this libram is really worth it if you're not a "intellect stacking" paladin.

Just got it today, and it's amazing, really good trinket, ESPECIALLY for raids, it's 234 free spell power, to ALL spells,
probably only real upgrade from Libram of Renewal ;P

Getting this just seems pointless now. If it was flash of light, which I obviously use more, maybe I would be more inclined to waste emblems on this. Honestly I was much happier with Renewal...They need to make an update for that one. But it seems Blizzard is highly content with kicking paladins in the nuts with every patch.

For the casual Healadin this libram won't be as useful as the Deadly Gladiator's Libram of Justice. Admittingly this is sexy. However if you're not going to be in a situation that requires big heals go for the above link.

I bought mine earlier today and after 160 Holy Light casts it proced 93 times giving me a ~58% proc rate
So more than half of the casts and I had the buff constantly until I had to drink again, so I recommend you get this one if you raid and therefore use big heals more than twice every 15 seconds

Edit: I missread my counter earlier so I corrected it. Where I though Ii got 67 procs i actually got 93

IMO this libram is decent and could be viable if you just fit one in ever 30 seconds or so.... you dont have to keep it up all the time. just whenever you have enough time.
