The Shoulderplates of the Eternal have +6 crit and 5 hit more than these, having said that, it also has a blue socket. The ideal setup is the other 4 pieces and Shoulderplates of the Eternal making up one of your Meta sockets, with the inc JC nerf, the shoulderplates aren't as far ahead as they were, and it's debatable now whether they are at all, but BiS with the other 4 pieces does go to the Shoulderplates if you can make it part of your meta.
