with the difference in stats, the ap difference is effectively 39(33)
with an AP gem, and even a sub optimal gem like ap/stam, you come out 15 ap ahead; or with 2 ap gems you come out 25 ap ahead (though you would loose the crit as its just ap instead of agi).

depending on your class the agi/int affect you differently but you would gain next crit over the unerring gloves

for the item level difference (killing the ++XT, getting it to drop and then getting it looted to you via w/e loot system you have) you are trading the haste for hit and gaining 15~25 AP + some crit.

For a hunter this is Best-In-Slot, even compred with T9 items.
(From T8 content the best setup is this gloves with 4 T8.5 item.)
