These are BiS as well for ... feral Druid 2v2 Arena !

Downrank if you must, but it's the truth anyway. While resilience is nice2have, is is not a priority. Both hit(5% or very close is a must) and expertise(very useful up to 5% as well) are stronger stats for us. Even weighing resilience as high as hit or exp, these have the same amount of different stats as the furious dragonhide shoulders but a higher item level and therefore a higher quantity of stat points. In short, these have more of the stats you want for Arena than the best Arena shoulders do.

For combat Legguards of Cunning Deception are BiS, but for mutilate these are the BiS off-piece.

Funny how you say that... You refer that a pair of legs are best in slot over a pair of shoulders? ^^
Useually I put my shoulderpads on my shoulders and my legguards on my legs ;) But not everyone
does the same xD

Have anyone seen this item drop lately?

I have about completed the tier sets for all classes and even gotten 彌米倫之首, but still no 入侵者肩墊 on my leather-wearers despite killing 破鋼者 last every time.
