ArP is a good stat for SV Hunters!
40% of our damage is physical (25% auto attack + 15-18% steady) on a random boss fight (this excludes bosses where you have to move -> ie. less Steady Shots).
Since 1 ArP is better than 1 Haste, these pants are i226 BiS you can get as a SV Hunter, if you are hit-capped of course.

Currently the best legs for any hunter no matter the spec (not counting a leather piece that should go to rogues and ferals first). The armor pen issue is an odd one. If you look at a dps spreadsheet and mess around with the tier 8.5 and equivalent gear you equip these, ignore the socket bonus and drop two +16 agility gems in them; this produces fine results. However, if you prowl around the armory of a high-end raiding guild like Ensidia or vodka something you will find is that their hunters often gem for armor pen. However, trying this on a spreadsheet renders inferior dps compared to gemming for agility.

Whichever way you happen to go, you want these.

As a hunter seeking to complete the last 3 sets from Ulduar (Blue, Black, Green (i have the red)).

I'm genuinely concerned if the following item exists anymore:

/ from Razorscale / Vezax respectivly,
from XT-002,
from Yogg.

I’m aware of the Ulduar changes, and I have made a post asking the Blizzard forums if they are still on the loot tables (albeit not the most informative responses) considering they show up in the Raid Journal.

Though I cannot truly confirm this, I have been farming Ulduar since mid BFA times. I run this raid every week, and they just do not drop.

Currently this is how I have been running Ulduar:
If i do not mention a boss, its because i skip them.

Before I zone in, I check the raid difficulty and select heroic and set it to 25man. I know this doesn’t matter because when I zone it just resets to 10m normal indicated via the minimap "10" banner, but I hope one day it will just be like OH you want certain stuff... ok. that’s just me.

I kill Razorscale for the first leggings variation. I let all 4 harpoons become active and kill him. I know I can do it 1 by 1, but this way seems to be faster. after doing both I still have never seen my leggings.

I go to XT-002 and auto attack once to reveal heart, kill heart, then finish XT-002. I 1 shot him from time to time as well thinking it may result in different loot, but still no gloves.

Next I kill Kologarn, Hodir, Thorim, Freya, and wherever Auriaya is pathing followed by Mimiron via the teleporting pads.

Then I go back to the main circular room to head left and down from Kologarns telepad to head towards General Vezax. I kill him outright, and still never see the second variation of the leggings.

Lastly, I go to Yogg, proc the gas mobs x3 or 4, trigger phase 2, kill tentacles, take portal, kill mobs, kill brain, get launched out and finish Yogg, loot and never see the shoulder tier token.

One question I’m just unsure of is if I need to have 1, 2, 3, or 4 keepers up to increase my tier token chance. I could not get this confirmed anywhere.

Just my notes for this Raid, for these particular items.
