These currently cost 16 Justice Points and give 520 reputation as of Cataclysm, for reference, you get 12 justice points for each normal lich king dungeon (24 for heroic). Of course, once you hit cata you get 140 jp per random dungeon... making these rep grinds painstakingly easy :D.

This particular grind will award you with the ability to buy a red drake at exalted.

Personally, with the guild perk it took me 75 Commendation Badges to hit Exalted, which is a little over 1000 JP. Good luck getting your beautiful red drake!

Wouldn't you just love if ALL factions could have their reputations bought out? Burn some Justice Points or Valor Points, and Rep up. No pointless dailies (hello Firelands, I'm looking at you...) just Bribe Your Way to Victory. Those Raid Reputations too deserved the same treatment, especially the old ones.

Don't forget all the other factions: Wyrmrest, Sons of Hodir, etc...

Just came here today myself. It took 73 badges and 1,168 Justice Points to go from nothing to Exalted with Wyrmrest

For any that's curious about how much you need to buy to go from Neutral to Exalted, I did the math. This is assuming that you have 0 rep with the Kirin Tor (Though this is highly unlikely). Also, this is assuming the guild has the 2nd Rank of Mr. Popularity. For the sake of values, I didn't feel like doing the math for the 5% buff. (This took too much time as it is.)

81 Badges - 1296 Justice Points

With the Guild Buff 人見人愛 (GB)
74 Badges - 1184 Justice Points

With the Guild Buff, and one of 超脫, 恐怖面相, or 有福同享 (GBS)

This is the best way EVER to grind a reputation. Get yourself loaded with Justice and Valor Points, and get insta-exalted. Did Blizz think that was TOO EASY on Pandaria, so they gated stuff on a triple lock? You know, a faction, behind a faction, behind a Valor Point cost? Even tough I am past Siege of Orgrimmar, I still remember that triple-gating and still foam in anger. I hope they knock some sense into any reputation grinds when Warlords of Draenor kicks in.

PS: Shaohao reputation is still as bad as getting INSANE IN MEMBRANE, with just 5 pts per lowly yaungol killed.

In 6.0 with the removal of all Valor and Justice Points badges increasing any Northrend reputation are removed, too. You can still purchase the tabards and grind instances or do dailies for them.
Normal Lich King dungeons no longer seem to give any reputation with a tabard on, Heroic runs grant 19-20/mob, 325/boss.
