I think this "shirt" is totally worth getting.
While other shirts are admired by because they look physically appealing, this one makes the character look, well, tougher. Which is good in a game where you fight 60 foot bosses :]

This would also look quite well when matched with the Druid T6, Thunderheart, chest, because the chest piece covers a very minimal amount of skin of the upper chest area

This is a very cool shirt. It makes you appear as if you are a veteran warrior (or rogue or w/e) and can overcome getting damaged.

Plus the blood splatters is cool.

wonderful shirt for lvling femal characters without robes... as per the fact that aside from robes, most armor for female toons are bikinis and this shirt is able to be seen and looks especialy good on warriors or other tanks.

Contrary to everyone's beliefs (Or what I think people believe, judging by the comments here), These aren't actually covered in blood - it's Antiseptic - Basically stuff you use to stop wounds from getting infected. Which is pretty much what the item name says, funnily enough.

I personally prefer Sleeveless T-Shirt , because it's free and makes fun of Alliance. (Found on Alliance corpses in Alterac Valley, Earl Z. Moade = EZ Mode). And if you get it on an Alliance character, then it's rare.
This one is too common.

Kinda wish that, when worn by a Draenei, this had blue blood stains instead of red ones. Because, well... Draenei's have blue colored blood.
