Nice trink for an MM or SV hunter...the extra haste works well for them, and the on use AP is pretty good when they need a dps spike...really it's pretty good for any physical dps that makes good use of haste.

If the OP's math is correct though, then this trink blows chunks for plate dps, especially for being blue quality. Haste is probably the last on equip stat we want. And the constant 46.67 AP? Both the Crusader's Locket and Chu Chu's Tiny Box of Horrors provide more constant AP just by equipping them, and they are GREEN trinkets.

The dps spike the trink provides is ok for situational use, but it's otherwise dead weight.

I still haven't replaced this damn thing, and I'm in tier 8 gear. Apparently my guild feels that replacing this with an ulduar trinket cannot be done, and instead gives it to the ret pally with fury of the five flights, and his darkmoon card.

I've had this damn trinket forever...I've been to Naxx (10 & 25) & Ulduar (10 & 25) and can't seem to get this trinket replaced...If your not an avid raider be prepared to have this for a while lol...Unless you shell out the 40 Emblems of Heroism for Mirror of Truth.

Good trinket for enhancement shaman - macro it in with Feral Spirit as they have the same length cooldown and can be cast simultaneously:
