I believe it is the case that lvl80 instances and such will have chests that require 450 lockpicking, in which case we're still not up to snuff and will have to leave chests behind. Rabble rabble rabble...

Edit: Also, word on the street is that leveling BS from 435-440 is easiest by crafting this five times - giving you 100 keys/5 stacks which will be carried in your keyring, so at least where you CAN use these, you'll most likely never run out... (BS info comes from Mattdamonlol's BS guide @ Tankspot.com)

Funny, ive not seen any chests in any instances ive run besides Loot chests from bosses like Mal'Ganis.
