"Isera" - Ysera - Sleep?
Something about sleeping well, probably Sylvanas?

Her name is misspelled, it should be Vereesa

Vereesa is the first Night elf to be in a love relation with a human (Rhonin).
Theyre even having twins.

Hey, maybe it's like a prayer or something. You know, just like those monks repeat the names of virtues all day: "tranquility, honor, kindness, etc..."

Possibly could be meaning Vereesa but having a typo.

From WoWwiki..
Alleria worked closely with Turalyon and Khadgar in the campaign to expel the orcs from Lordaeron. Upon learning that the Horde burned the borderlands of Quel'thalas, Alleria led the Alliance army to the defense of Silvermoon, briefly reuniting her with her sister Sylvanas and comrade Lor'Themar Theron. Though they were successful in repelling the Horde invasion, it came at a terrible cost: eighteen of her kin, including her younger brother, Lirath, were killed. Devastated, Alleria sought comfort in the arms of Turalyon, but ultimately, she chose to dedicate herself to revenge.
Alleria is also the sister of Vareesa Windrunner, so Vareesa would also be mourning the death of her family (most notibly a younger brother), wishing those who died at the hands of orcs some kind of peace? guidance in the afterlife?
Or perhaps a wish to grant her peace ans serenity or something now that she has to see Orcs in the Horde running around Dalaran?

Seems pretty obvious to me, about Isera.
Ysera is a Green Dragon, and highly revered within the Night Elf culture. Not hard to imagine that they call the light hue of green of Orcs Isera/Ysera green.
However, its might mean 'green ones', since Vereesa also doesn't want Blood Elves to roam in Dalaran; who have green eyes for those colour blinded.
As a (big) side note, there is a river called Thondroril River that is speculated to be Greenrush River, and such that Thondroril means Greenrush. So if you follow that theory, a part of Thondroril means either green, or olive. Olive is dark yellow, but its usually referred as green. As iszera/isera would likely be light green, part of the green hues is shut down.
However the problem with this theory is that likely the name for humans is Greenrush River while Elves have given it another name when they came there. Humans learned alot of things from the Elves though, and as Lordaeron ís a part near Quel'thalas, the Elves might have told Humans there was a river that would be called greenrush river in their language. *cough cough -small- sidenote over*

From Wowiki, the best translation possible is "I wish for my honor. I will make peace, and the people will survive. Orcs are...."
And its probably misspelled as her name is Vereesa no Varessa

I don't agree with the idea that it's a typo and meant to be Vereesa, if it was it would have been patch-fixed by now. It's probably just a similar name; there's hundreds of npc's, so of course there's going to be some possible doubling up.

I speak both Darnassian and Thalassian. The inscription on this coin is neighter. Nor do the chronicles know about some Vareesa.

The big problem with translating this is that WoW elven isn't constructed as a language. The language function in the game simply looks at the length of words and then picks a word of the "language" of the same length. Which is why the same words come up again and again.
If they used that method of translating the text on the coin, it's almost impossible to translate it back.

This link is a translation that seems (to me atleast) to be the best translation there is for this coin. It uses accepted theory in addition to rigorous testing in order to support it.

i genuinely curious as to what this actually says. some of the translations mentioned here sound good, particularly this one:
Rest well, honored Terenas. Peace for my beloved Sylvanas. Let us all live through these times. Silvermoon...
but i feel like being a cynic and pointing out a few things. first off, the ingame translator is unreliable at best. if you put a word in, you will get a random word out, just with the same number of letters. that is why the english words 'love' and 'hate' and 'ever' and such may share the same word in thalassian or darnassian or any other language. they all have four letters, so they will all translate to a word in the ingame language with four letters.
second point i'd like to raise, though a
lot
more feeble, is timeline. coins. terenas' is in there, arthas' is in there, alleria's is in there, hell, even sylvanas has a gold coin in there - and that one was definitely put in before she died. how likely is it, therefore, that vereesa put her coin in the fountain years after her sisters? alleria's been lost in outland forever and sylvanas has been dead for how many years? five? six? more? alleria's coin makes it sound like at the time when she put it in the fountain, sylvanas and vereesa were way young yet. sylvanas' coin is the kind of wish a young girl would make, and is even noted to be very old (which makes me really wonder how old she is). Kael admires Jaina on his coin. Jaina wants Arthas to come home on her coin. Arthas is still a prince talking about how great life is. Anasterian is like 'wtf kael is an idiot i hope he knows he's gotta be a leader someday.'
Prince
Magni Bronzebeard has a coin in there, as does Muradin, who's apparently nervous about going to Northrend or some#$%^.
point is, none of the other coins are recent, so i doubt vereesa's is. if it's just as old as everyone else's, she's more likely to be badmouthing orcs than mourning terenas or sylvanas.
just my two cents.

I spent a couple hours working on this translation, and I think I got some of it....
"Asto're da shan're. Turus Fulo ll'amare, A'Talah Adore. Isera'duna..."
Shan
is a root for 'Honor' or 'Honored' so that part "I wish for honor." may be right. Or she could be referring to someone.
To look at it from a grammatical standpoint each of the sentences needs a subject and a verb. Since 'Shan' is only a root I assume the actual words may be "Honored *" (Shan'do being 'honored teacher'). So "Asto're da" is a verb+another word.
*I'm running with Honored One.
This is just my take on the first sentance..

i googled it (yes i am nerdy) and i found on wowwiki;
translation
could
be:
■"I wish for my honor. I will make peace, and the people will survive. Orcs are..."
But it could also mean something like:
■"I wish for honor. I will make peace, for death is eternal. Green ones..."
:D oh and notice the "could"

I know that all three types of coins (copper, silver, and gold) have a random chance to drop.
But, egad, I have ALL the coins in my bags - with at least 3 of each one - with some pushing 18 in the stack and this one coin absolutely, positively, fustratingly refuses to drop.
Grrr...
Well, at least it's keeping me off of the streets and out of the bars. Both in game and in real life. (But the calling of that bottle of Chevas Regal behind me is getting louder and louder with every failed attempt.)
Ah, well, enuf complaining. Back to fishing...
(I don't suppose buying one off of the AH counts as it being caught. Nah, I didn't think so.)
