This item is WAY over budget for an item level 115 epic, simply compare to other cloth gloves with a similar stat distribution and item level. The only thing that matches the item level is the armor value.

Upgrading to these from Gloves of the Incarnate (Tier4) which is 5 item levels higher, gives you:

+6 Int
+1 Spirit
+13 Spell power
Trading -24 Crit Rating for +30 Hate rating (rating points have equal stat value).

Upgrading to these from Gauntlets of the Sun King (above Tier5 Kael'Thas drop) which is 23 item levels higher! still gives gives an upgrade on all fronts:

+5 Stam
+3 Int
+2 Spirit
+1 Spell Power
Trading -28 Crit Rating for +30 Haste rating.

A rough estimate without hard math, this item has the budget of an item level ~141 epic (Black Temple / Hyjal quality) rather than item level 115 one (Karazhan quality) or 26 items levels above budget, the equivalent of 2 Tiers. I suppose this all fits into the Everything must go pre-expansion Loot Sales, maybe a bit extreme for something obtainable via solo content. but it will be replaced by a level 80 Blue or even earlier anyway.

Cheapest way to produce void crystals imo. Just got over 300 runes from the event today and spent them all on the gloves and shoulders. Ended up with 30 voidies.

I'm going to be levelling with these rather than my lock T6 gloves, as affliction.

Almost as much spellpower, hit isn't that useful for levelling, and trades 19 crit for a good 30 haste.

The lock ones do have a socket, but with the 10 haste gem I have in there, it ends up being 19 crit, 3 spell damage, 24 stam against 20 haste and 22 spirit.
20 haste easily tops 19 crit and 3 damage for the dot using spec, and I'd say spirit is going to be more useful than stam for levelling, simply because bigger lifetaps reduce downtime, you can stay healed with siphon/haunt easily.

edit - if you're using fel armor 30% of your spirit goes to spell damage, that's another 7 damage, making it 19 crit vs. 4 damage and 20 haste, which isn't even a contest for the spec whose primary abilities cannot crit

Only corruption and UA benefit from pandemic, and you'll avoid UA for farming if you don't need it, the meat of an affliction grinding build is corruption, siphon life, and curse of agony + dark pact/life tap, your instants.

And the haste is for lowering GCD slightly, not to benefit the cast time spells

And for affliction, it doesn't matter so much as how fast the mobs die when you're really grinding. You're not going to stay on a single target till it dies, you put up enough dots that you know will kill the mob and then switch to the next. Crit might save you a little health per mob, haste actually helps you kill faster

These replaced my T4 gloves yesterday. Lacking the pants for full set, but if you're not a raider, this set should at the very least last you a couple levels into Northrend before you start to get some sidegrades and upgrades.

Excellent gloves. As previous posters noted, the item level is misleading. Picked these up before Wotlk and I'm still wearing them now at level 76, on my resto/balance druid.
