Are the deadly weapons taken out of the game as from 3.1?

I only started arena this season, and I scouted all vendors and wonder where deadly went, since hatefull and savage weapons never made it in the game...

If they removed it I wonder why, what is the problem for casual pvpers enjoying battlegrouns to HAVE to go and play arena for weapons, I don't mind to get some less quality, just make em for honor/marks like in TBC.

why does blizz hide one of the most important pieces away form pvp players, not every player is skilled and not every class is as competive to run into the arena with lvl 78 blue weaponary.

And yes I know I can pve for nice weapons for my toon too, but hey; So now I can get geared for honor and wg-matches in any slot but I have to spend 2k gold or go pug 10 times for a decent weapon, it's just not logic.

Wow isn't a game for hc players, even not the pvp side, sure gladiator title is there for the ones who are, but when you now NEED to pve or spend quite some gold for being able to jump into that hole at 1.9k where you can buy furious weapons, acting like deadly never excisted and making that gap even bigger this season then it was previous. This is an issue because that hole only exist for certain classes/specs, in an already not equal play-field.

I just want the deadly because hatefull and savage weapons never made it to the game (which I think is a bad move), I don't want to lose 10 matches a week, I don't want to play arena to get an ilvl 200 or higher epic weapon, /care if they make it high honor with marks and all. I DO want to work for it, I just don't want to get a complete pve set of gear to go and raid naxx10/25 with the only intention being having 1 (quite important for some classes) gear piece in pvp.

I don't wish to create an arena team to get some free points at 1450 rating, I want to play arena with competitive gear, I'm teribbly sorry not everyboy is a pro who can hit 1.9k rating with a blue 78 weapon, It' quite obvious that you can (why would you come and noobcall others on a forum otherwise), but you can't blame people for the fact that they don't. Spamming L2P for this is very offensive and proves you didn't get my point at all. That is why I repeat my arguments fluently:

1)BG and arena are two different things, why is one who loses or break even in arena getting better gear easier, then those who queue battlegrounds all day and make big efforts there.
2)Arena is supossed to match ratings with skill and devotion; and tactical precision. As it is now; your class and gear are much more important then either of them, I don't see harm why people should be able to wield a decent pvp weapon before they hit the minimum for furious. People who are really better don't care if you have gear more equal to them, in contrary.
3)Arena is, imo, about having your gear and setup to test it against others, going for a high rating to play matches against equal players. Arena is not about getting good gear. The improving rewards are for keeping the tension higher at higher ratings and making sure pve gods cannot break trough pvp gear without any trouble.

THAT is my point. I hope you get it now

This weapon is now back in 7.0.3 as are the other weapons from this season and can be bought from Herwin Steampop In Dalaran (Northrend)
