Imo, wearing these in a PvE environment is really gimping your DPS.

For example, the few fights in Ulduar where you need to interrupt constantly is Stormcaller Brundir and General Vezax. The interruptable casts have a cast timer of roughly 2s, which is plenty of time to be able to kick them.

On General Vezax (heroic), the CD on his Searing Flames is anything from 3-10s. Keeping the standard rotation with 2 interrupters, you only need to pool energy till the first cast, then use your abilities after the Searing Flames interrupt, and you can nuke till your own Kick CD is over, ready to interrupt the next.
Basically, you'd only wear these if you're slow to react in PvE :p

I just thought I'd point out that there is a slight wrapping problem on the texture on this model (at least for BE females). There is a bit of skin tone showing right at the top of the gloves on my character and you can get the same little problem with the 'View in 3D' function on wowhead.
