anyone know how often it gives mana and how much it gives? is it like the healing one? 2% and a hidden CD of 90 secs?

Returned 600 Mana back to me on spellcast.
"Protecshin gains 600 Mana from Protecshin's Mana Restore"
I have 18.9k Mana. Might return more mana if you have a bigger mana pool.
Correct, about 15-20sec hidden CD.

I just finished testing this with Flash of Light spam and it indeed gave me 600 mana every time. The 2% proc chance seems to be correct.

It accounted for about 20% of my total mana regen (80% was illumination).
